We have a purpose built NEA approved catering kitchen that can serve all 6 parlours simultaneously with a maximum of 700 persons per meal.
We offer a variety of buffet and set menu choices, with vegetarian food made available. Guests can also customise their menus with a selection of 6 items or more. All buffet menus a require minimum of 30 persons.
The meals are served in biodegradable crockery and cutlery as part of our commitment to the environment.
We believe in offering high quality food and speedy replenishment through modern technology such as induction heaters and hydraulic self-closing chafing dishes completed with electrical mobile food cabinets.
